Who we are
This site is operated by Inner Mongolia Sanlian Chemical Group Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), Jinshan Development Zone, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, China.
What we collect
If you use the chat assistant. When you start a conversation we ask for an email address so that we can reply to you. If you fill in the chat form, we also record your name, phone number, the grades you selected, and the full text of the conversation. The conversation is retained with your enquiry so that the sales engineer picking it up can see what you actually asked.
If you submit a quotation request. We record the details you enter: name, email, phone, company, country, the product and quantity, your target price, the delivery requirements, the payment terms, and any other information you provide in the free-text field.
Automatically. Like most sites we record page views: the page, the referring site, your IP address, your browser language and whether you are on a desktop or a mobile device. This is used to understand which pages buyers read and where they come from. We also set a cookie-like local storage value to recognise repeat visits.
Why we collect it
To quote you accurately and to answer your questions. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Who sees your enquiry
The PVC resin sales desk and, where it helps answer a technical question, the plant's technical manager. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as we need them to handle the business relationship and to meet our record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted.
Data you send to a third party
The chat assistant is powered by an external AI model provider. Messages you send in the chat are passed to that provider in order to generate a reply. We do not send you there the contents of your form, your contact details or your enquiry history — only the chat conversation itself.
As a precaution, the chat assistant declines to forward a message that contains an email address or a long number sequence, and asks you to use the quotation form for those details instead.
Your rights
Write to support@pvc-resin.com, or use the details on the Contact page, to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will deal with the request within a reasonable time.

If we change this policy we will update the date below.
